1. Overview
Hollywood Corporate Content, LLC ("Company"), operator of the Wall Street Film Festival™ website, respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent as described below.

4. How to Submit a Takedown Notice
To be effective under the DMCA, your written notice must include:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. 3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it on the site (e.g., URL). 4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address. 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent. A valid counter-notice must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature. 2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. 4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or Los Angeles County, CA if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
6. Repeat Infringers
The Company maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. Third-Party Hosted Content
Much of the audiovisual content displayed on this site is hosted by third-party platforms (including YouTube, Vimeo, and similar services) and is displayed via embedding functionality permitted by those platforms. The Company does not host most audiovisual files directly. For content hosted on third-party platforms, copyright complaints should be directed to those platforms in the first instance.
