Welcome to the Wall Street Film Festival™ website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting content, claiming a profile, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. NATURE OF THE SITE
The Site is an online showcase and discovery platform featuring information and audiovisual content relating to branded content, films, advertising, and related media.
The Site does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legality, ownership, or commercial value of any content; does not provide professional, legal, investment, or business advice; and does not endorse or certify any content, person, or company.

2. THIRD-PARTY HOSTED CONTENT
Much of the audiovisual content displayed on the Site is hosted by third-party platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Vimeo, and similar services) and is displayed using embedding functionality permitted by those platforms.
The Company does not host most audiovisual files directly, does not control third-party platforms, and is not responsible for the availability, legality, or accuracy of embedded content.
Your viewing and interaction with such content may be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party platforms.
3. USER ACCOUNTS AND PROFILE CLAIMS
To access certain features, you may create an account or claim a profile.
You agree that information you provide is accurate and not misleading, that you have authority to represent any person or company you claim, that you will maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and that you are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Company may use third-party identity verification services but does not guarantee identity authenticity.
4. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING DISCLOSURE
Third-Party Verification: We use third-party verifiers, such as, but not limited to, Stripe Identity and ID.me, to verify user identities. By creating a profile, you agree to provide documentation directly to them; we do not receive or store your government ID or full sensitive details.
Third-Party Payments: All financial transactions are processed by third-party payment processors, such as, but not limited to, Stripe and PayPal. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or banking information.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to these third parties. Any failure in their systems is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
Limited Data Access: We only receive a "verification status" (e.g., Verified/Unverified) and the minimum data necessary to create your profile (e.g., your chosen display name and bio).
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Hollywood Corporate Content, LLC, here doing business as "Wall Street Film Festival," against any claims arising from fraudulent identity information provided during the third-party verification process.
5. USER SUBMISSIONS AND CONTENT
If you submit information, links, media, profile data, or other materials ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that you own or control all necessary rights, that submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, and that submission does not violate any law or contract.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content on the Site.
The Company reserves the right — but not the obligation — to review, remove, or modify content at its sole discretion.
6. DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY
The Company complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to the Company's designated DMCA agent at:

The Company may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to submit false or defamatory information; impersonate others; upload illegal or infringing content; interfere with site operation; use automated scraping tools without permission; or engage in harassment, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
8. NO WARRANTIES
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.
USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM; ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT; OR ACTS OF USERS OR THIRD PARTIES.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.
11. SPONSORED CONTENT AND ADVERTISING
The Site may feature sponsored content, promotional listings, or paid profile features.
Inclusion does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any business, product, or service.
12. TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
13. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION administered in LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
You agree that disputes will be resolved individually, that class actions are waived, and that you waive the right to jury trial.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
