1. About This Site and Scope of This Policy

Wall Street Film Festival™ ("WSFF," "Site," "we," "us," or "our") is a discovery platform and branded-content database operated by Hollywood Corporate Content, LLC, a California limited liability company. The Site serves as a gallery and index of branded content at the intersection of business and entertainment. It does not produce, commission, distribute, or endorse any of the content it indexes.

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or embedded within the Site, including but not limited to YouTube, Vimeo, or any identity verification or payment processing service. Those services are governed exclusively by their own privacy policies.

2. No Endorsement; Platform Status

WSFF is a passive discovery platform. Inclusion of any video, brand, person, agency, or other content on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification, certification, or approval by Hollywood Corporate Content, LLC or any of its officers, employees, or agents.

The Company operates as an interactive computer service provider within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 230 (the Communications Decency Act). The Company is not the publisher or speaker of any third-party content indexed or displayed on the Site and expressly disclaims all liability arising from or relating to such third-party content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Information We Collect

The Company collects only the minimum information necessary to operate the Site. The categories of information we may collect are as follows:

Automatically Collected Technical Data. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, session duration, and the date and time of your visit. This information may be collected through server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies and is used in anonymised or aggregated form for analytics and security purposes.

Voluntarily Submitted Information. If you contact us, submit content for consideration, or use any interactive feature of the Site, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company name, job title, and the content of your communications. You are under no obligation to provide this information; however, failure to do so may limit your ability to use certain features.

User-Generated Professional Credits. If you submit credits for a video entry, we collect the professional information you choose to include — such as names, titles, and agency affiliations — for display in the credits section of that entry.

Pro Profile Information. If you claim (and/or purchase) a Pro Profile page, the information displayed on that page is entered directly by you following successful identity verification by third-party verification partners. Purchase or credit card information is also only through third party payers (ie Google Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, etc). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of information you submit to your Pro Profile page.

4. What We Do NOT Store

The Company has specifically designed this Site to avoid storing sensitive categories of personal information. In particular:

We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other financial account information. All payment processing is performed exclusively by third-party payment processors (see Section 7). No payment card data passes through or is retained on our servers.

We do not store government-issued identification documents, biometric data, or any other sensitive identity verification materials. Identity verification for Pro Profile purchasers is conducted exclusively by a third-party verification service (see Section 7). The Company receives only a pass/fail verification status and does not receive, view, copy, or retain any identity documents.

The personal information stored on this Site is strictly limited to: (a) the credits section for each video, containing professional information either publicly available or voluntarily submitted by content creators or their representatives; (b) general profile pages, containing professional information either publicly available or voluntarily provided by the profile holder; and (c) Pro Profile pages, containing information entered directly by the third-party verified purchaser of that Pro Profile page.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes: to operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its features; to respond to your inquiries and communications; to process content submissions and Pro Profile applications; to send transactional communications directly related to your use of the Site; to detect, prevent, and address security incidents, technical issues, and fraudulent or abusive activity; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for their independent marketing or commercial purposes. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function, including session management and our Terms of Service acceptance record. Analytics cookies collect anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors interact with the Site and are used solely to improve Site performance and user experience.

You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies may impair Site functionality. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to build advertising profiles or to track your activity across unaffiliated third-party websites.

7. Third-Party Services — Disclaimer of Liability

The Site integrates or links to the following categories of third-party services. Each such service operates independently under its own terms of service and privacy policy. The Company has no control over, and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for, the data collection, privacy practices, security, or conduct of any third-party service.

Third-Party Identity Verification. Pro Profile purchases require identity verification conducted by a third-party verification service provider. That provider may collect, process, and retain identity documents and/or biometric data directly and independently. The Company does not receive, access, store, or control any identity documents or biometric data collected during the verification process. Your use of the identity verification service is subject solely to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Third-Party Payment Processing. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Those processors collect and handle all payment card and financial account data under their own systems and privacy policies. The Company does not receive, access, or store any credit card numbers or financial account details. Any dispute regarding a payment transaction must be directed to the applicable payment processor.

Embedded Video Content. The Site embeds video content from third-party platforms including YouTube (operated by Google LLC) and Vimeo (operated by Vimeo, Inc.). When you interact with or play embedded video content, those platforms may independently collect information about you — including through cookies, pixels, and device identifiers — in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for and does not control the data practices of YouTube, Vimeo, or any other embedded content provider.

Analytics and Performance Tools. We may use third-party analytics tools that collect anonymised, aggregated data about Site usage. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information in a form that identifies individual users.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRIVACY, SECURITY, OR DATA PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INTERACTION WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLLYWOOD CORPORATE CONTENT, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, THE SITE, OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND FUNCTIONALITY THEREOF ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR CURRENCY OF ANY CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THE SITE, INCLUDING CREDITS, PROFILE INFORMATION, OR PRO PROFILE INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY THIRD PARTIES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hollywood Corporate Content, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of this Privacy Policy or any applicable law or regulation; (c) any information you submit to the Site, including credits, profile information, or Pro Profile content; (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity; or (e) any dispute between you and any third party, including any third-party service provider.

11. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. The Company does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us using the details in Section 14.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legislation, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port your personal data, and the right to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing the limited personal data described in this Policy is our legitimate interest in operating the Site. All Users. Regardless of location, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Data Retention

We retain the limited personal information described in this Policy for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain accurate credits, profiles, and Pro Profile pages, or as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it.

13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Los Angeles County, California. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California, under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are expressly waived.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
